The 'AfPak' policy and the Pashtuns

Postby Gerald » Fri Jul 09, 2010 3:34 pm

This is a link to a House of Commons Library paper that deals with the Pashtun people and the current Afghanistan/Pakistan policy of the USA and the UK.
Quite a long paper but well researched and written and gives a very good primer to the history of a very troubled region where the UK has been fighting Persia/Iran and Soviet Union/Russia for 200 years.
