I believe that we talked about Jews leaving Arab countites after 1948. I said that some Arab Jews left to Palestine out of fear, but I haven’t seen any evidence of the Iraqi army, entering an Iraqi town and forcing the Jews to the borders. The Arab countries did not do that. Condemning the Arabs of...

The Israelis and the Palestinians have to compromise. Taking back ten thousands out of  hundreds of thousands and not allowing them back to their villages is not a compromise. What do you call a compromise. If Israel ends it racist policies and allow the non-Jews Israelis to go back to their villag...

I believe in compromise because I see it as the only way out. I don’t see the issues as an issue of refugee absorption. Israel has to do what it can in solving the refugees problem, and she can start at home. Emad who do you see  as being involved in this compromise you talk of? You mention Israel ...

Are they all Jewish homelands? The goal of the Zionist Organization was the return of the Jews to their homeland.

Margie,
The Arabs and Jews in Palestine lived peacefully for a long time. The problem started when the Zionist, Jordan and Egypt start dividing it among themselves. I honestly don’t know if there would be a state of Israel or not. I don’t have a crystal ball.
